While teaching Graphic Design
at Cal Poly, Pierre Rademaker
found it increasingly difficult to
operate a growing freelance
practice from his home studio.
In 1980, Pierre opened his
office in Downtown San Luis
Obispo – a historic mission
town on California’s scenic
Central Coast. Early corporate
identity and advertising work
quickly led to more extensive
branding projects, including
product packaging, building
signage, retail interiors and
print graphics. Located in the
historic 1905 Johnson Building,
the studio undertakes a wide
range of work for a growing
and diverse list of clients.
